Then after the month passed and I stopped the stomach medications I started experiencing awful extreme acid reflux that went on for 2 weeks non stop until I saw a doctor today. WebDiagnosed with GERD, hiatal hernia and weekly gas attack on the left chest. Backstory: I am a very bad eater. Although I dont drink fizzy drinks, sweet beverages or consume much sugar in my meals, I enjoy flavour and spices a lot. In fact I always order my foods spicy (Asian tongue) and eat em at late night, sometimes going to sleep after I ate.
