Web/use Fel Healthstone Now, sometimes it works fine. I pick up a healthstone, the macro icon changes from ? to the healthstone icon with a count of 1, and if I click it I get healed. But other times, the icon either stays a question mark or shows a healthstone with a zero count on it, and I can't use the healthstone with the macro. WebIn order the item ids are Master Healthstones with 0/2, 1/2, 2/2 in the imp healthstone talent.
