The membranes formed by these cells may be only one cell thick, as in the major part of the gastrointestinal tract, or consist of several layers, as in the epidermis of the skin. WebC57BL/6 Mouse Primary Bladder Epithelial Cells are grown in a T25 tissue culture flask pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 2 min and incubated in Cell Biologics’ Culture Complete Growth Medium for 3-5 days. Cells are detached from flasks and immediately cryo-preserved in vials.
