WebJust had the absolute worst experience with customer service at Pottery Barn kids. I placed an order October 14. The order was canceled by Pottery Barn. I did NOT receive notice of cancellation. The order should have been delivered this week, so I went to check the status and discovered it was canceled. I called customer service to find out why.
